My offers are online, so we can connect wherever you live. What working with me looks like:
We will start with a 90-minute initial consultation for € 200. During this session, I will assess where you are at, your Ayurvedic mind-body type, and I will teach you about Ayurvedic steps to balance.
After the first session, you will receive a wellness guide that may include diet, lifestyle guidance, ayurvedic herbs, and recipes to help you focus on improving your vitality.
Our first one-hour follow-up appointment (€ 100) will take place about a month after the initial consultation, and we can continue to meet monthly if needed. As we work together, we may adapt your wellness plan, which can include yoga, pranayama, and spiritual counseling. I believe in a holistic approach to wellness, working from both the inside out and the outside in. Therefore, I may guide you through an Ayurvedic rejuvenating cleanse.
My goal is to empower you to take control of your well-being. I will teach you about your unique body-mind type to help you understand your tendencies better. I will also show you how to best support and nurture yourself throughout your life with Ayurveda.
